Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and panas77 ("Platform", "We"). By registering an account, accessing, or using any service provided by panas77, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all Terms stated in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use panas77 services. Continued use of this platform after any changes to the Terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2. User Eligibility

• You are using this platform personally and not in an unauthorised corporate capacity.
• The use of online gambling services is not prohibited by the laws or regulations in your location.
• You have never been removed or banned from using the panas77 platform or any other related platform.
• The funds used for gambling are your own and are not borrowed or illegally obtained money.

3. Account Registration and Management

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at any one time. Holding more than one account is prohibited and may result in all related accounts being closed without compensation.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. panas77 reserves the right to request supporting documents such as MyKad or passport for identity verification (KYC) purposes before processing the first withdrawal or at any time deemed necessary.

• Your full name must match your valid identity document.
• Your mobile phone number and email address must be active and reachable.
• Bank account or e-wallet information must be in the name of the same panas77 account holder.
• You are responsible for updating your account information should any changes occur.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

panas77 supports a range of local payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian members. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated for cryptocurrency payments.

Every withdrawal request is subject to standard security checks. panas77 reserves the right to delay or hold withdrawals if there is suspicious activity or if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

panas77 offers various promotions to new and existing members. Each promotion has its own terms that must be fully complied with.

Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible to receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of RM500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount before winnings can be withdrawn.

• Example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM200 → Balance RM300 → Wagering requirement: RM200 × 15 = RM3,000
• Example: Deposit RM600 → Bonus RM500 → Balance RM1,100 → Wagering requirement: RM500 × 15 = RM7,500
• The bonus may only be claimed once per account.
• panas77 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there is any abuse or misuse of promotions.
• All other promotions are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is made.

6. Game Rules

panas77 provides various game categories including slots, live casino, sports betting, fishing games and poker. Each game is conducted according to its own rules set by the respective game provider.

Game results are final unless a proven technical error has occurred. In the event of a technical disruption during a game, panas77 will review the game logs to determine a fair resolution based on our internal policy.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified.
• Any attempt to exploit technical bugs or use automated software is prohibited.
• For sports betting, panas77 reserves the right to cancel or suspend bets if there are odds irregularities or inaccurate information.

7. User Responsibilities

• Notify panas77 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur through your account. panas77 is not liable for any losses arising from the user's negligence in maintaining account security.

8. Restrictions and Prohibitions

The following are strictly prohibited when using panas77 services:

• Opening more than one account or using another person's account.
• Using any automation software, bots, or unauthorised third-party tools.
• Exploiting technical errors or system vulnerabilities for unauthorised gain.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, deception, or money laundering.
• Abusing the bonus or promotion programme in a dishonest manner.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of the law.

9. Limitation of Liability

panas77 provides its services on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantees regarding continuous availability or the absence of technical disruptions. However, we make every effort to ensure the platform operates properly at all times.

panas77 is not liable for:

• Losses arising from internet disruptions or technical failures beyond our control.
• Indirect losses, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity in any form.
• Any consequences arising from the use of our services in violation of the law in the user's location.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

panas77 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Violation of any Terms in this document.
• Failed identity verification or inaccurate information.
• Suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity.
• Requests from relevant authorities.

Members also have the right to close their own account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or email. Legitimate funds not subject to wagering requirements will be returned once the verification process is complete.

11. Changes to These Terms

panas77 reserves the right to change, update, or amend these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via a notice on the website or by email to registered members at least seven (7) days before taking effect.

Continued use of panas77 services after changes to the Terms take effect will be considered full acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, please close your account before the new Terms take effect.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

panas77 operates under a valid international licence. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which panas77 is registered. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through negotiation between both parties before referring to the relevant authorities.

If any provision in these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be set aside without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
